TERMS OF SERVICE

BMOC Sports provides one-on-one athletic training sessions for athletes ages 8–18 in Oakland County, MI. Sessions are booked through the BMOC Sports portal at bmoc-sports.com.

Sessions are sold as Single ($65), Weekly ($150/week), or Monthly ($500/month) packages. Weekly and Monthly are recurring subscriptions and automatically renew until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session — contact BMOC Sports directly to discuss reschedule options. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Single-session purchases are non-refundable once booked, except in case of cancellation by BMOC Sports. Subscription refunds are handled case-by-case — email info@bmoc-sports.com.

Athletes must follow safety instructions from Coach Javin Hunter during sessions. Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from sessions. BMOC Sports is not liable for injuries sustained outside of training facility hours.

Athletic training involves inherent physical risk. By booking a session, you acknowledge this risk and waive claims for injury except in cases of gross negligence by BMOC Sports.

BMOC Sports may terminate accounts for non-payment, misconduct, or violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing info@bmoc-sports.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
