PRIVACY POLICY

When you create a BMOC Sports account, we collect your email address and (optionally) your name. When you book a session or purchase a subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment details — BMOC Sports never sees or stores your card information.

We also collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.

Your email is used to sign you into the portal (via magic link), send booking confirmations, and notify you of changes to your sessions. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

We use functional cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

Booking and payment records are retained for tax and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@bmoc-sports.com.

BMOC Sports trains youth athletes ages 8–18. Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian for athletes under 13. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.
